Fuen de Todos

Fuen de Todos is a small town located 44 kilometers southeast of Zaragoza.  It's the town where Francisco de Goya was born. You can visit his house, a building which dates back to the 17th century and has been declared a National Historic Monument. There is also a museum and an art gallery which display his four great series of etchings:  "Caprichos" (Caprices/ whims), "Desastres" (Disasters), "Tauromaquia" (Bullfighting) and "Disparates" (Absurdities). There are also some well-marked paths that run for about 3km through interesting landscapes and sites, including fountains and ancient ice houses.

Muel

zaragoza

Muel is 27 km from Zaragoza and on the way to Fuen de Todos. This town is famous for its tradition of ceramics and pottery, which dates back to the 15th century.  Workshops and artisan crafts classes are offered as well. The chapel of La Virgen de la Fuente has some murals from a young Goya.
